Refund policy
All the products sold on peplyf (PEPLYF LIFESTYLE) are curated, handpicked and are double checked for any defects and quality issue. In any unfortunate event when the item is defective / damaged on arrival, you can raise a free replacement request by contacting us within 3 days from the date of delivery.
We request you to record a video while opening the delivered package. Without video proof, we will be unable to entertain any return pertaining to damage / defective items. This has to be followed to ensure that only genuine claims are processed. Your kind co-operation is solicited in this regard.
Items once sold and shipped can not be returned except in cases of item being damaged or defective on arrival. In such cases, kindly follow the above laid out policy.
Order Cancellation - You may also cancel your order (by contacting us via email / WhatsApp) till the time, the order is fulfilled and shipped by us. The amount will be refunded back to the original payment method and settles in your bank account / card, within 5-7 working days (as per bank timelines).
Refused delivery - Order cancellation is not possible once the order shipment is picked up from our warehouse. If the delivery is refused, the shipment will be marked RTO (Return to Origin) by the courier partner. Once the shipment reaches back to us, the order amount will be refunded after adjusting the RTO charges (charged by the courier on actual basis).
RefundsIn scenarios, where the item has to be returned, the refunds are initated only after the item reaches back to us and is verified. All the returns are monitored under video.
In scenarios, where the item is not to be returned, the refund is initiated within 24-48 hours. It usually takes 2-3 working days (but not limited to) by the payment gateway and banking channels to credit the amount back to the payment mode.
